Uniform Terms of Sale and Instructions

1. Fill out all sizes using size chart linked above in actual body measurements.  Use inches.  You may print and mail us the chart, or just include the letter noted on the chart and measurement in an email.  We will ask for clarification if it doesn't look right, but we wont second guess you, so please be precise.  Remember, these are custom made so no refunds if you measure incorrectly.

 

2. Completion time on all uniforms is approximately 8 weeks.  Completed uniforms will be shipped to the address provided on the order form.

3. Checks or money orders are fine for payments.  Checks will be held 7 days before shipment of goods. There is a $25.00 charge for returned checks.  

4. You may pay instantly by Paypal and your order will be processed the next business day.  We will notify you by email of receipt of the order and expected delivery date.   If you opt to pay with Paypal, only click the shipping button once for the order.  We will combine it into one shipment.

5. If you live outside of the USA, you may be required to pay some type of import tax by your government.  Please check your regulations. 

6.  All prices are in U.S. Dollars.  Sales tax of 4.5% will be added for residents of Virginia.

Terms of Sale:

1. All uniforms are custom made to your measurements.  There are no returns on these.

2. If for some reason, something does not fit, it will be adjusted for you free of charge.  You will however be responsible for all return shipping charges.  Minimum return shipping charges will be $20.00.

 

3. Uniforms will shrink if washed.  Dry clean only!  

 

4. On Boots:  If you are in doubt go up a half size.  For example if you are a 10 1/2 or 11 then go up to an 11.  Wide sizes are available with a special order, but may require extended time for delivery.  The boots do break in rather quickly if you soak them first then wear them.  Returns are accepted if the boots are unworn and there will be a 10% restocking fee.

 

5. Don't forget to add the shipping Charge.  You only pay one shipping charge per order.
